We collect, store and process your personal data via our website electric runner.ae, in our offices, by telephone and electronic data transmission (e.g. e-mail). Data is also indirectly collected when you charge the rented vehicle on a supercharger from Tesla, Inc. and its affiliated companies.

As a provider of rental service providers, we collect, store and process your personal data in order to be able to offer you our services. We use this data to

  • create a customer profile
  • Check your identity and driver’s licence as well as the driver’s licence of other drivers
  • create a rental agreement
  • create an invoice (once or multiple times)
  • track violations
  • to process an insurance claim
  • To contact you during the term of the rental agreement and if necessary afterwards
  • to arrange a service appointment or similar services for the vehicle you have rented for the duration of the rental agreement

E. What personal information we collect

We collect the following personal data from you

  • Identification data: surname, first name, postal address, date and place of birth, ID card number, driving licence number
  • For corporate customers: company name and VAT number
  • Identification data of other drivers: name, postal address, date and place of birth, ID card number, driving licence number
  • Communication data: phone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address, fax number
  • Data for creating a rental contract: This data contains the above data including information on the rented vehicle (manufacturer, vehicle type, year of construction, registration number, vehicle identification number), start and end of the contract, if desired a different address for picking up the rented vehicle vehicle.
  • Data for creating a handover protocol: surname, first name; Place, date and time of handover, vehicle identification number, mileage, vehicle equipment, percentage of battery charge, tire pressure and condition of the body.
  • As a result of an accident, theft or other damage, information and data on the damage and the course of events are collected. Tesla, Inc. and its affiliated companies collect, process and store a wide range of data when using one of our vehicles. H. How long we store your personal data

We generally store your personal data for a period of six years. If your personal data is included in invoices, we will store them for a period of 10 years.

  1. Information: You can provide information about your personal data stored by us free of charge.
  2. Correction: If necessary, you can correct (e.g. postal address) your personal data stored by us.
  3. Revocation: If you have previously given us your consent to the processing of your personal data, you can revoke this at any time. However, the legality of the processing of your data remains unaffected by your revocation.
  4. Erasure: You can request erasure of your personal data stored by us. This is only possible if the purpose for which they were processed is no longer necessary or it has been determined that your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
