About Electric Runner
Electric Runner was first established in 2020 in Germany and has quickly risen to its early and continued success.
With a fleet of over 300 Teslas, in its various models, we have become one of Germany’s largest Tesla rental company’s.
As part of our expansion plans, we believe Abu Dhabi is the right place to be and to open our first international location.
Based in Yas Marina Circuit, Electric Runner will be serving as the first EV only rental in Abu Dhabi.
We aim to bring customer service excellence, paired with a state of the art Electric Vehicle to private and corporate customers.

FAQ
What exactly is included in my rental?
Your rental includes everything except electricity. That means including service, maintenance, insurance, tires, taxes. This also includes all signs of use that occur, such as tire and brake wear, as well as workshop appointments, such as for air conditioning maintenance or the like.
What are the requirements to rent a vehicle?
In order to be allowed to drive our Tesla, you must have a valid UAE Driving licence, valid EID and be min 25 years old.

How long does it take to get my car?
Depending on the model, there are different lead times. Basically, our Teslas are all available for you at short notice. From a subscription period of 6 months, the vehicle will be delivered to your home or office free of charge.
What is the cost?
In addition to the monthly subscription costs, there is a one-off deposit of 5,000 AED for the Tesla Model 3 and Y.
In which countries am I allowed to drive my Tesla?
You are allowed to drive our Tesla in the United Arab Emirates only.
Can I extend my rental period?
You can request an extension of the rental period at any time, however it will be subject to availability.

How many km are included in my monthly rental?
At least 3,000 km are included per month. subscription. Each additional kilometre is billed using a table of fees, but at least 5 AED per kilometre.
Can other drivers drive my vehicle?
Yes, this information must be provided when picking up your Tesla, the 2nd driver has to be present and meet the requirements.
Where can I have my Tesla delivered to?
We will deliver the respective Tesla model to your home or office within Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
With a long-term subscription of 6 months or more, delivery is free of charge.
How much does the delivery cost?
Within Abu Dhabi, the cost is 200 AED, to Dubai we charge 500 AED.
When is the deposit due?
The deposit will be charged on the day of handover of the car.
How old are the vehicles?
All our vehicles are 2023 models and are brand new.
When do you charge me my monthly rental fee?
Your fees will be charged monthly, on the day you rented the vehicle, e.g. you picked up the vehicle on 15 Nov 2022 and paid for the first month, the next billing cycle will be the 15 Dec 2022.
Can I pick up the vehicle myself?
Yes, you are more then welcome to visit us at our office/ showroom at Yas Marina Circuit and pick it up there.
Where and how can I return my Tesla.
You may drop it off at our location, or we pick it up from you.
The same charges apply as for the delivery.
How is my Tesla insured?
All vehicles are under comprehensive insurance, with an excess amount of 1000 AED.
What do I do in the event of an accident?
After calling the local authorities, please reach out to us directly. Depending on the scale of the accident, the car will be handed over to us or sent directly to the garage for appropriate repairs.
